We brew beers for people with curious minds and adventurous palates. At Bottle Logic, we believe there will always be a frontier to explore, that there’s no substitute for hard work, and that nothing is more thrilling than a mind-blowing beer. Bottle Logic was founded in 2013, opened its Tasting Room doors in February, 2014, topped BeerAdvocate’s “Best New Beer” List in 2015, and is gearing up for a substantial production and Tasting Room expansion in late 2017.

In our retro-futuristic Tasting Room, Beer Tenders complete the final step in the brewing process – guiding our guests’ experience and serving perfect pours of our innovative, award-winning beers.
Beer Tenders are responsible for connecting with each guest and ensuring their time spent in the Tasting Room is memorable, timely, and safe. This position will begin as a part-time role with heavy focus on weekend and special event shifts and will have the opportunity to grow with our expansion. The position pays $10.50/hour with a daily pro-rata of reported tips.
- A Beer Tender exudes passion about the techniques and culture of craft beer and can meet each guest on their individual level of expertise. From Recursion hop profiles to our Stasis Project portfolio, the Beer Tender is an expert on the Bottle Logic brand and enjoys sharing their knowledge in a friendly, accessible manner.
The ability to anticipate and control pacing are critical skills in this busy, fast-paced environment. Beer Tenders must work together to ensure all the elements of the Tasting Room workspace are firing on all cylinders and stay out in front of problems that may slow service.
- Guest service and problem-solving skills are essential as the Beer Tender works with their team to provide world class service, resolve guest concerns quickly and intelligently, and ensure safe consumption of alcohol.
Candidates must have previous experience with high-volume alcohol service.
Candidates must possess with the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required by Tasting Room schedule.
Level I Cicerone (Certified Beer Server) achievement preferred but not necessary.
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs daily.
