Bottle Logic Brewing to Join The Bruery and Offshoot Beer Co. as Part of The Bruery Group
Orange County breweries come together to strengthen their independent brands, expand access, and create new opportunities for growth.
ANAHEIM, Calif. — September 2026 — Bottle Logic Brewing announced today that it will join The Bruery and Offshoot Beer Co. as part of The Bruery Group, bringing together three Orange County craft beer brands with a shared focus on innovation, quality, and ambitious brewing.
Bottle Logic will remain a distinct brand and continue operating its Anaheim brewery and tasting room. The Bruery and Offshoot Beer Co. will likewise maintain their individual identities and operations.
The partnership is designed to strengthen each brand rather than combine them, creating a larger platform behind the scenes while preserving the beers, people, and experiences that have built their respective communities.

"We've known and respected the team at The Bruery for years. We share a lot of the same customers and a similar drive to create beers that go beyond what people expect. This gives us an opportunity to keep building Bottle Logic while gaining additional resources and opportunities to bring what we do to more people."
Founded in Anaheim in 2013, Bottle Logic has become known for its barrel-aged Stasis Project, including releases such as Fundamental Observation, alongside a broad portfolio of IPAs, lagers, seltzers, and experimental beers.
The Bruery and Bottle Logic grew up less than two miles apart in Orange County and have built passionate communities around ambitious brewing, barrel aging, and specialty releases.
As part of the new relationship, Bottle Logic is expected to gain access to The Bruery Group's direct-to-consumer platform, creating opportunities to make Bottle Logic releases available to customers in more markets. The companies also expect to explore additional opportunities across distribution, events, collaborations, and member experiences while maintaining each brand's individual identity.
For Bottle Logic customers, the Anaheim tasting room will continue operating, and the brewery will continue producing the beers and releases its community has come to expect.

The transaction is expected to close later this year. Until closing, Bottle Logic Brewing and The Bruery will continue to operate as separate, independent companies.
Additional details about direct-to-consumer availability, future releases, collaborations, events, and other opportunities will be announced as plans are finalized.
