JOB TITLE: BEERTENDER

LOCATION: ANAHEIM, CA

REPORTS TO: TASTING ROOM MANAGER

Beer Tenders are responsible for connecting with each Guest and ensuring their time spent in the Tasting Room is memorable, timely, and safe. We are currently looking to fill part-time positions with availability on Friday nights through weekends, as well as at least one weeknight of availability and occasional special events. These positions will have the opportunity to grow with our expansion. The position pays $15.50/hour with a daily pro-rata of reported tips.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

  • A Beertender exudes passion for the techniques and culture of craft beer and can meet each Guest on their individual level of expertise. From hazy IPA hop profiles to our Stasis Project portfolio, the Beer Tender is an expert on the Bottle Logic brand and enjoys sharing their knowledge in a friendly, accessible manner.

  • The ability to anticipate Guest needs and control pacing are critical skills in this busy, fast-paced environment. Beer Tenders must work together to ensure all the elements of the Tasting Room workspace are firing on all cylinders and stay well ahead of potential problems that may slow service.

  • Guest service and problem-solving skills are essential as the Beer Tender works with their team to provide world-class service, resolve Guest concerns quickly and intelligently, and ensure safe consumption of alcohol.

CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS:

  • Candidates must have previous experience with high-volume alcohol service.

Bottle Logic Brewing is hiring a full-time Supervising Brewer to join our production team! We have a shiny new brewhouse, additional tanks, and a rotary bottler to learn and work with. Our pilot system gives us nearly unlimited flexibility in exploring the boundaries of beer. With your help, we will be able to brew more of our fantastically flavorful beers, including our award-winning barrel-aged stouts. This position's annual base pay range is between $39,000 and $47,000, depending on skills and experience.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

  • Running day-to-day operations for Brewing under the direction of the Lead Brewer.

  • Ensuring BOD and EOD duties are completed and accurate.

  • Assist in managing procurement and inventory.

  • Training and mentoring Cellar and Packaging Team staff under the direction of the Lead Brewer.

  • Assist in managing and reinforcing expectations for safety, quality, productivity, and cleanliness standards.

  • Perform and maintain routine cleaning, maintenance, and general upkeep of the production facility.

  • Excellent communication, time management, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.

  • Strong overall understanding of safety procedures, regulations, and requirements.

  • Communicate clearly and concisely with respect to all Bottle Logic’s personnel at all levels, in addition to customers and suppliers.

Bottle Logic Brewing is hiring a full-time On/Off Premise Sales Representative to join our growing distribution team! The best candidate builds rapport with accounts and beer outlets in our designated delivery areas, communicates effectively, is action-oriented, and leads by example. The On/Off Premise Sales Representative is responsible for selling Bottle Logic beer by identifying and developing leads, educating potential customers, building positive, long-lasting rapport by delivering the correct products at the right time, maintaining clean draft lines of accounts, and collecting on payment when due.

The annual pay range for this position is between $45,000 and $70,000 depending on skills and experience, which is a combination of an hourly base rate plus commission.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

  • Be an outstanding salesperson who tells the story of every product in an inspiring way.

  • Be available to all customers to communicate, identify, and address questions.

  • Review the wholesale department’s revenue, expense, and profit goals with the General Manager

  • Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs related to things such as new customer acquisition and repeat sales.

  • Create and track success metrics.

  • Review local wholesale progress with the General Manager and suggest improvements.

  • Submit relevant feedback to the General Manager.

  • Monitor inventory levels and sell within allocations.

  • Support efficient routing and drop schedules.

  • Pull/stage products, load vehicles, and make deliveries that meet/exceed time and mileage goals.

  • Work Location Expectation: 20% at base; 80% on the road.

  • This is a full-time hourly position. The typical workweek is 40 hours, with work availability on the weekends. Some weeks may exceed 40 hours depending on the nature of travel and events.

CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS:

  • 21+ Years of age

  • Prior beer sales experience is preferred.

  • CA Driver's License with a clean driving record is required. 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers, vendors, and coworkers in a professional and charismatic manner.

  • Self-motivation and the ability to stay motivated without supervision from superiors.

  • Excellent time management skills. Be able to be proactive and take initiative.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time.

  • Ability to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel and carry products necessary for wholesale customers, inventory restocking, and warehouse organization.

  • Ability to perform warehouse duties like keg stacking, fork lifting, and reorganization.

  • Ability to safely lift kegs up to 165 lbs.

  • Comfortable driving a delivery van, box truck, and forklift certified.
