Fundamental Coordinates: Congo - Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout featuring vanilla from The Congo • 14.75% ABV • A blend of 30-month aged Fundamental Observation base stout and 24-month aged double-mash Fundamental Observation, aged exclusively with vanilla beans from The Congo. The rich volcanic soils of the eastern Congo give this vanilla an exotic, spicy character with hints of poppy seed.
• $34.95/limit two per person. Purchases in conflict with this limit will be deleted.
