BOTTLES NOW LIVE: Cryopreservation (2023) - Bourbon Barrel-Aged Pistachio Ice Cream-Inspired Imperial Stout • 12.08% ABV • We spared no expense in the recreation of this fan-favorite collaboration with the mad scientists at @aslinbeerco! This species of lactose stout base underwent advanced aging in Bernheim, Henry McKenna, Four Roses, and Elijah Craig barrels, then we blended it with the DNA of fresh pistachios and, bingo: Pistachio Ice Cream Stout!
