A tightly curated blend of our favorite casks of the @fobab Best of Show-winning #FundamentalObservation Imperial Vanilla Stout aged in Blanton's, Weller, and Buffalo Trace layered with barrels of #IntrepidOrchid aged in Whistle Pig 10-Year, Bernheim, and Heaven Hill. Both base beers were aged with pounds of hand-processed Madagascar vanilla beans in each cask to showcase both the remarkable complexity achieved by thoughtful blending and the incredible natural vanilla flavor that can be achieved with high-quality beans and diligent application.

Intrepid Observation pours black with glints of amber while sweet aromas of vanilla and brûléed sugar flicker through the senses with layers of oak and tobacco. The palate boasts a gorgeous balance of silky sweet vanilla and wood-honed bitterness, where each full-bodied sip finishes with a delicate dryness and a welcome nod of its 12.7% ABV.
