People of Earth! Our #Quarktoberfest reveling continues with three fresh new lager drops!
• 𝗞Ö𝗟𝗦𝗖𝗛 - German-Style Kölsch • 4.88% ABV • Traditional aromas of bread dough, white flowers, and a hint of lemon. Endlessly drinkable -- check out the end of this post for our new Kölsch Service!
• 𝗕𝗢𝗧𝗧𝗟𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗚𝗜𝗖 𝟭𝟬º - 10º Czech-Style Lager • 4.3% ABV • We're showcasing Bohemian Pilsner malt and Saaz hops in all their pristine glory! Gorgeous clarity, delicate floral bitterness, and a lively carbonation.
• 𝗟𝗢𝗚𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗢𝗥 - Doppelbock • 7.8% ABV • Back on our beat with the dark lagers -- you'll find toasty malts and hints of fig and raisin in the aroma here with full-bodied layers of toffee on the palate.
All of our #Quarktoberfest offerings are available on draft in 4oz taster pours, .5L half-steins, and 1L traditional steins! Grab a pour and head out onto the patio for the full biergarten experience!
We're also psyched to offer semi-traditional Kölsch Service exclusively at our bartop and in the newly expanded bier hall (read: Theater Room) on October's remaining Saturdays + Sundays from 12:00 - 6:00pm.
To participate in Kölsch service, you'll:
1. Start a tab with a beertender, who'll confirm your ID and set you up with a collectible pin, first pour of ice-cold Kölsch, and the themed coaster we'll use to track successive pours.
2. Find a comfy spot in the Bier Hall (Theater Room) and enjoy! We'll continue to drop fresh stanges of kölsch at your table until you top your glass with the coaster.
3. Close your tab with a beertender by returning the themed coaster. Abandoned Kölsch service tabs or missing coasters will be charged for all 10 pours -- don't lose your coaster and don't forget to close your tab!
