• The name on the order must match the physical ID of the person coming in to retrieve the bottles, and unfortunately, cannot be edited or altered. Orders in conflict will be canceled and returned to inventory.

• Make sure you and your proxy are on the same page about same-day retrieval! Orders made on this Toast point-of-sale platform must be retrieved on the day they’re made; abandoned orders are automatically canceled each night at closing.
