BOTTLE DROP: #FutureProof (2024) - Bourbon Barrel-Aged Banana Pudding-inspired Strong Ale • 13% ABV • This Heaven Hill barrel-aged Strong Ale pays homage to the timeless delight of banana pudding. We steeped the base liquid on a decadent combination of Tahitian and Madagascar vanilla beans, recirculated it on a bed of fresh coconut flakes for a silky body boost, and blessed its heart with hundreds of pounds of hand-processed bananas. Sweet southern aromatics of molasses, dates, bourbon, and oak melt onto the palate with a subtle, buoyant layer of coconut and a beautiful banana finish.
