π FO: Maple (2025) - Bourbon Barrel-Aged Madagascar Vanilla + Maple Syrup Imperial Stout β’ 14% ABV β’ FO: Maple is a luxurious, Autumnal evolution of our flagship stoutβfinished with a generous addition of maple syrup for deeper sweetness and aromatic depth. Aromas of warm maple donuts, bourbon, and brownie batter rise from the glass, unfolding into silky layers of vanilla, toasted oak, and dark cacao on the palate. Like sap stirred by shifting seasons, this stout moves at a deliberate paceβquiet, rich, and extraordinary.
π¨ FO: Rum Raisin (2025) - Rum Raisin Ice Cream-inspired Rum Barrel-Aged Madagascar Vanilla Imperial Stout β’ 15% ABV β’ Inspired by the nostalgic warmth of rum raisin ice cream, this first-time variant spent 12 months resting in Bayou Rum casks. We blended in a single cask of rum-aged Arcane Rituals barleywine, to pop rich notes of caramel, dried fruit, spiced rum cake, and toasted waffle cone. Though lactose-free, it offers a velvety, pastry-like mouthfeel with just enough chew to linger. At 15% ABV, it stands as a powerful, thoughtfully crafted expression of science meeting creativity.
